Reviews and ratings apps
Apps that collect and show product reviews on a store and feed them to Google product ratings and seller ratings, and what matters beyond the star widget.
When you need this
- Product pages have no reviews, or reviews live in an app that does not share them with Google.
- You want star ratings on Shopping ads and in organic results.
- You are switching platforms and need to migrate reviews.
What it costs, in general terms
Review apps are usually priced monthly by order volume or by features, with a free tier for small stores. Check each app's listing for current plans.
How to choose
- 01Check that it submits product reviews to Google through a supported feed, if Shopping ratings matter to you.
- 02Check the import and export options, so your reviews are never locked in.
- 03Check how it collects reviews: post-purchase email timing, incentives and moderation.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get star ratings on my Google Shopping ads?
Product ratings come from reviews submitted to Google through an approved review feed or partner, and Google shows them once a product has enough reviews. Seller ratings are separate and come from store-level reviews across sources.
Do reviews help SEO?
Review content can add product-page text and structured data that supports rich results, as long as it is implemented properly and the reviews are genuine.
Can I move my reviews to another app?
Most apps export reviews as a file and many import from competitors, but check the formats and whether photos and votes survive the move before you switch.
