# Ecom Graded

> E-commerce marketing agencies and tools, compared plainly. Plain-spoken guides and comparisons of e-commerce marketing agencies and tools across Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, email and SMS, SEO and more. Written by people who run e-commerce ad accounts every day. Facts are taken from vendor documentation and dated.

## How we grade

Agencies are compared on specialism, proof of results, transparency, account ownership, communication and pricing clarity. Tools are compared on setup effort, data accuracy, integrations, pricing clarity and support. Letter grades from A to F are given only to setups and practices (campaign structures, tracking setups, feed rules), never to products, tools or companies, unless first-hand use is stated on the page. Facts about tools are taken from vendor documentation and dated; unverified facts are left out.

## Editorial policy

Comparisons are written by the editorial team from vendor documentation and first-hand account work. Submitting a tool, agency, freelancer or resource is free; every submission is reviewed for fit before it is listed, and every listed item shows the date its facts were last checked. Case studies are public case studies published by agencies, tools or stores; their results are the publisher's own claims and are attributed as such.
