What revenue should email make up for a store?
It varies by category and list size, and platforms count attributed revenue generously, so compare the attributed number with what your store shows for the same customers. Ask the agency how they make that comparison.
Who owns the list if we stop working together?
You do, always. The platform account should be yours with the agency as a user, and your list should export in full at any time.
